We offer free technical support via e-mail for all users of our xtras - both for registered users and not.
We reply for e-mails from Monday till Friday between 9:00 (9:00 AM) and 18:00 (6:00 PM) CET (Central European Time). As a rule, we reply for them not later than on the next business day.
However, if the problem is more complex, it can take more time respectively. If there is a number of requests awaiting our reply, registered users take priority.
