- I have bought the license and got the registration code, but while I register the xtra in its dialog window it keeps displaying "Registration code is incorrect".
- I have registered the xtra successfully, but when I launch the projector it still displays "Unregistered version" dialog box.
- Are there any royalties depending on the amount of Cd's with your xtra?
- When I use your xtras along
with either Shockwave 3D objects or Havok xtra in my application, sometimes it causes Director to crash and display error message "A fatal error has occurred"
or "Unknown software exception". How can I avoid it?

The most typical mistake is using wrong cases in the "Company" field. It is case sensitive. The company name should be inserted exactly as given in the order form. The best way is to copy and paste it directly from the e-mail body in which the registration code was provided.

Solution #1:
Probably in the project there is more than one cast member with the given xtra. In such a case you should register each cast member separately. Bear in mind though that registration data are saved in the system and thus each new cast member with an xtra added to the movie will be already registered.
Solution #2:
Make sure you don't have any older version of the xtra in the "Xtras" subfolder.

No, it is all royalty-free. This information can be found in the License of our products.

This odd problem occurs only in Director authoring mode and in projector if our xtra has been included with the Include in
Projector option. That's why we recommend putting our xtras to the Xtras subfolder and unchecking the Include in Projector
option, if you use 3D objects or Havok xtra. The problem won't occur then.
We were trying to eliminate this problem completely, but despite long time spending on debugging the Director and modifying
our xtras we have not been able to find the solution. We apologize our users for this inconvenience and give the tips below in order to minimize it:
- While creating your application in authoring mode add our xtras in the end of your work
- Don't open Shockwave 3D cast members in the authoring mode if our xtra is inserted into a cast lib
- You can temporarily comment the Havok xtra functions caused errors while testing our xtras
- Try testing your application in running projector, not in authoring mode
- Remember to uncheck the Include in Projector option for our xtras in the Modify > Movie > Xtras dialog window
Note. These tips are relevant only for using our xtras along with either Shockwave 3D objects or Havok xtra.
